BRIGHT ECONOMIC OUTLOOK

DESPITE all the problems besetting the country, such as the threats brought by terror groups like Maute and Abu Sayyaf especially in Mindanao, as well as the continuing destabilization moves by some sectors opposed to the current regime, outlooks are still pretty bright in the economic front.

MINDANAO SOLUTION

The Land of Promise.

That is how the early settlers described the island of Mindanao which is famed for its rich and abundant natural resources.

BPI GLITCH

BEING the country’s oldest bank is not a guarantee of stability and security.

This after the Bank of the Philippine Islands finds itself with misfortunes generated either internally (in its system) or externally from political clients.

Its latest misfortune involved a glitch that happened recently which caused its numerous depositors/clients to panic, although no massive withdrawals or bank run was reported that day.

Hackers’ Favorite

BPI seems to be a favorite of hackers for its ATM machines, which is why those transacting with BPI are advised to exert extra care in using the ATM machines and to…

Unpaid P659-M Carriage Fees

However, the Lopezes’ seeming greed was recently checked by the Mandaluyong RTC Branch 209, which on May…
