Now there’s an easy way to get to the United States as a permanent resident through investing in Tommie Hotel in Hollywood for only $500,000. Not only would investors be getting a permanent residency status but they also have the opportunity to provide 10 full-time jobs for US citizens.

To stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and foreign capital investment, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program (which ends in on September 30) allows foreign investors and their spouses to apply for a green card (permanent residence) through a $500,000 investment in commercial enterprise or plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for U.S. citizens.

One such investment, under the EB5 program is Tommie Hotel Hollywood, a vibrant eight-story full-service boutique hotel with 212 rooms that began construction during the first quarter this year with the Relevant Group, one of Los Angeles’ largest independent real estate developer of hotels along  the famous Hollywood strip such as Thompson Hotel, Tommie Hotel, TAO Group (Hotel & Restaurant), Avenue Club, Beaty & Essex Hollywood, and Dream Hotel.

Tommie boasts of a scenic rooftop pool & lounge, a restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor sauna, and ground-floor retail commercial space equipped with underground parking garage. The project is expected to create at least 1,127 jobs.

As Bastien Trelcat, managing partner for Southeast Asia of Harvey Law Group said, “by investing S500,000 in Tommie Hotel Hollywood, investors can expect to receive their US green card and settle anywhere in the US in less than two years to pursue business, financial, and personal opportunities in a country where politics and the economy may be more stable than their country of origin.”

Harvey Law Group (HLG) is Asia’s pioneer in investment immigration and was recently appointed as the exclusive immigration law firm for Tommie Hotel Hollywood for the Asia-Pacific region.

“Tommie was among the dozen of EB5 projects Harvey Law Group reviews every year from a legal and final point of view. We decided to go for Tommie based on the sound business model and the track records of Relevant Group in L.A. which should allow our clients to obtain a safe return and exit of their investment,” he stressed.

HLG is a leading multinational law firm specializing in corporate law and investment immigration with a worldwide reputation for representing high-profile clients and corporations, with over 19 offices worldwide. As the top immigration consulting law firm, HLG offers most comprehensive residency and citizenship programs available to date.

HLG was awarded for Best Immigration Firm at the 13th annual Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2014 and 2017. HLG is duly licensed by most CIPs to promote and submit applications on behalf of investors.
