Ronnie Liang endorses dieting

By Boy Villasanta

The only natural thing to do to maintain a healthy body is dieting.

This is according to singer Ronnie Liang who has maintained a sexy body and a sound mind, literally and figuratively.

In a contract singing recently with the Cave Restaurant in Scout Lazcano with the Holistic Integrative Care Center (HICC), a holistic health clinic, which he started  endorsing its vision of medical treatment through a marriage of conventional (western) and alternative (eastern) medicine, Ronnie admitted he was once a very careless eater of anything that satisfied his gustatory  fancy.

“Now I tell you, dieting is the most effective way to avoid diseases,” he said.

In his recent posts in Instagram, he stressed that “dieting is the only game you win when you lose.”

It was pedagogy in paradox.

He was, as a matter of fact, the perfect choice as model for HICC because as its manager, Dr. Meddie Edodollon and its nutritionist Chef Arlene Clemente have discovered, the singer is a walking encyclopedia on nutrition.

“Vegetables are very effective cure for any illness. Fruits are health foods as well,” Ronnie advised.

“I don’t eat red meat such as pork and beef. I only eat chicken,” he added.

No wonder he was able to articulate health and wellness through healthy lifestyle of being vegan because he is a graduate of Education major in Physics and Biology.

These natural sciences enable Ronnie to distinguish between what is healthy and what is not.

As an entertainer and a public figure, he must look gorgeous and palatable in the eyes of his fans and followers and there’s no other way to achieve these than eating properly—eating more fruits and veggies.

“I also avoid liquor even wines,” he noted.

The singer who popularized an Original Pilipino Music (OPM) titled “Ngiti” has just done an amazing pictorial of his latest look most of all, his robust physique.

Ronnie didn’t have second thoughts displaying bare chest and abs because he has what it takes to be clean and healthy.

He also doesn’t smoke and never stays late at night.

“I’m no party animal. I don’t have a night life,” he chuckled.

Take it from Liang who walks his talk of healthy living.
